He was sentenced to ten years. After sentencing, when asked to comment, he said "There's a war on. Bad things happen."
I guess by the "bad things" he means getting himself captured on film playing the sadistic power master. It was as if he couldn't bring himself to acknowledge that what he did was reprehensible.

Yawn, so bad so sad tragic. Don't care- he did not chop off any heads. Do what you have to do to get the info. Worse goes on in domestic prisons today. Ever watch that HBO series OZ? You crybaby apologists are so stupid. He was caught and being punished in January- long before the sensationalism which tarnished this country came about to try and destroy our President. Why not the same outcry against the murdered and burned bodies hanging from the Fallujha bridge???? So shad-up.
