Dumbest lawsuit ever?
The family of Rachel Corrie, who was run over by a bulldozer in Gaza, is suing... Caterpillar, the company that produces the dozer.
Now I can excuse a lot of bizarre behavior in the name of grief, but when even the moonbats over at Democratic Underground think you're out to lunch, you're probably overdue for a sanity check.
It's illuminating, actually. With parents like these, you begin to understand how Rachel could grow up to make such stupid life decisions. Pity.

Yeah, this is the mother of all idiotic lawsuits, IMO.
Where is it written that when you recklessly put your life on the line, that the other guy is supposed to look out for your stupidity?
Sorry, there is a tenet called personal responsibility and she violated that.
If that seems hard, so be it.

This lawsuit is pretty dumb, but there are many that are worse. Many, many that are worse. This is just an example of someone using the "deep pockets" theory to its extreme.
