Bush was extra smirky after this happened. Clearly this set up by the Commander in Thief to distract from the treasonous actions of Karl Rove.

Point - didn't Al Quaeda hate the U.S., Israel, and anyone who has ever made peace with either one of us *before* the Iraq invasion? Did I miss everyone deciding that London wouldn't have been bombed if England hadn't been our ally?
