New DeLay charges
By now you've no doubt heard that there new indictments against DeLay are forthcoming, including money laundering. I'm not a lawyer, but this to me seems more serious than those vague "conspiracy" charges we were talking about last week.
Meanwhile, I apologize for the light blogging. I'm still trying to claw my way out of the stunned stupefaction the Miers appointment threw me into.

DeLay reflects the culture of corruption of the republican party of today. He is on his way to jail.

Trafficant (D)
Torricelli (D)
Kennedy (D), Clinton [Mr. and Mrs.] (D)
I don't think it's merely limited to the Republican party, and I hate to say it, but it is pure ignorance to think so. The MSM may think that, but since the reporting on Katrina is being exposed as largely over exaggerated, perhaps the reporting here is being a bit over stated too.
Delay, IMO, is dirty. Being this is a cynical website... I don't know to many politicians that haven't sold their souls for something.
