We need more Republicans like this
Libertarian bar owner Sue Jeffers is launching a Republican challenge against Minnesota's big-spending Republican governor Tim Pawlenty. Jeffers is a small-government fiscal conservative, and has recently made local news by opposing smoking bans and taxpayer funded sports arenas... and she owns a bar!!! What's not to like?
The GOP is trying to stop her, of course. Their reasoning? She's not a "real" Republican. Nothing to do with her ideology, mind you, they're just sore because she's run for political office in the past as a Libertarian candidate. That's the best they can come up with, apparently.
She'll end up like Paul Hackett, of course, but it's still refreshing to see small-government conservatives like Jeffers actually making an effort to jerk the Republican Party back on track. With any luck, she'll at least start a trend.

The Republican party *is* on track, shmuck. They used a moral smokescreen and lies to gain power, and now they are RAKING IT IN!
They lifted taxes on themselves so YOU could take the burden. They rape you at the pump so billionaires can get billions more. They have your children protecting oil fields in the Corporate War instigated by lies, and they funnel your children's futures to Halliburton.
This is it. The Republican Party has arrived. This was the entire plan, dummy.
Give the Democrats all the power and they will do the same thing, only in a slightly different way.

That is exactly why we need Sue Jeffers. She isn't one of "them," she's one of us. A citizen-politician instead of a career-politician insider.

Who can argue with such scintillating brilliance, replete with copious facts to daunt anyone who might dare to challenge this bold statement?
I guess I would hide behind the pseudonym of anonymous as well if this was the best I could do.
